June is National Homeownership Month and to celebrate Ventura County Community Development Corporation (VCCDC) is hosting its 13th Annual Homeownership Conference on June 28. This is a premier event dedicated to empowering individuals and families on their journey to homeownership. The conference brings together industry experts, community leaders, and local resources to provide invaluable insights, workshops, and tools that can help aspiring homeowners achieve the dream of owning a home.

The conference will feature:

  • Workshops in English and Spanish

  • An expert panel discussion on "Hope for Homebuyers"

  • A Loan Center for on-the-spot pre-qualifications

  • Informative exhibits from various organizations
